We could never thank you enough for such an incredible family vacation! Not only was it the most amazing setting & house, but the staff truly made the experience! Paulina was so incredible in making all of our requests reality—from facilitating two meals at dinner, to providing taco recommendations to making my Mom’s dreams come true (by providing the flan recipe) – she made everything PERFECT. On top of it all, Hayden now has a new best friend! Thank you for being so wonderful to our children! Javier & Roberto made the most incredible food I have ever had in my life! Literally everything they served was incredible! Somehow, they made even the things I don’t typically like taste delicious! And making separate special plates for the kids was above and beyond. They will always remember the Mickey Mouse, pig, & bear pancakes! Eusebia was so sweet, gentle & kind. She was so wonderful with our babies & always worked around their nap times which was so thoughtful. Avel was incredible at working behind the scenes to make all our nights perfect! Erica was wonderful in answering all our questions beforehand to ensure we had the perfect trip. Helping us coordinate and order a crib for Hailey was above & beyond and so appreciated! Andres was a wonderful bartender & especially appreciated all of the smoothies he made special for the kids.

The food was the best I’ve evr eaten, I will never forget the Mexican sampler dinner. Paulina, I can’t thank you enough for everything you did. I really enjoyed getting to know you. Please let us know if you ever come to Colorado! Eusebia, you are so sweet—gracias por ayudarme a practicar espanol! Avel, one of my favorite memories is when you introduced us to Lupe the parrot. I will have so many wonderful memories from this vacation and I truly hope to see you all again someday.

When we booked our trip to Casa Karma, ther were a few things we were certain of. Since we had vacationed there twice, once with friends, once with family, we knew the home would be spectacular. We also knew that there would be much laughter & relaxation—which our children truly needed. And we knew that Georgia had the highest standards when it came to treating her guests to the finest. What we didn’t know was how absolutely spectacular you all would be.
Grecia & Eusebia, we know we made your job more challenging with the children, but you kept everything immaculate & always did it with a smile.
Avel, you are so kind—always working in the background—but we knew if we needed anything in the evening, you would be there to help us.
Andres, it was wonderful to meet you. You did a wonderful job, always happy to make us those great drinks!
Javier & Robert, you brought our experience to an unbelievably new level. You introduced us to the finest of gourmet Mexican cuisine. Did you hear how often we said, “Oh my goodness, that was the best thing I have ever eaten!!” And our little ones were so excited to see their special pancake friends that you created!
Paulina, you made our trip. Not only did you help us with everything we asked for, but it was so apparent that you cared that we had the best experience. You truly anticipated our every need. But it was more than that. You took such pride in introducing us to authentic Mexican cuisine & helping us to select the best places to visit around town. You were an absolute delight. So thank you everyone! We are all leaving with such wonderful memories & will long for the time we can return!!

Celebrated a friends epic 50th birthday party. Casa Karma, it was wonderful and the staff was fantastic. Paulina and Erika were great and the rest of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Casa Karma is worth the stay!!!!!!!!

It was definitely karma staying at Karma. When looking for a magical destination to celebrate my sister’s milestone birthday, the private villa experience was intriguing. We have traveled the world, but had not considered renting a villa with a full staff. The privacy and customization offered us a luxurious vacation option that was treasured. Each guest had a private ensuite room with an ocean view. Since the property features state of the art security to protect guests, we felt so safe that we left our rooms unlocked with our belongings everywhere. The villa was beautiful, modern, yet celebrated the authenticity of Mexico. The ocean view was endless at the pool and the spectacular sunsets were like colorful paintings. The property also provides an adjacent event space to celebrate special occasions for groups.
The staff exceeded my expectations and outshined the villa. Javier, the chef, delivered every meal with passion and artistry to meet our every whim and accommodated a vegan guest. There were some items that were so delicious, that we requested an encore. He mad fresh, health and incredible dishes. Each morning began with a a glorious breakfast. Out our request, he even made us, for his first time, build-your-own tostada in a bowl. Some highlights include a Mexican tasting menu that represented different regions of Mexico, my sister’s 5-course gourmet chef tasting menu, homemade pizza, the best vegan asparagus soup of my life, watermelon carpaccio and much more. We loved the churros so much, that we requested a private churro lesson from Javier. I also want to add that all the festive dishware and glassware was so beautiful and authentic that it made each meal extra special.
Joshua was our amazing bartender and so much more. He was always two steps ahead of us preparing fresh custom drinks, making sure we had pool towels and knew everyone’s whereabouts and interests. Josh also owns a vegan bakery and brought us his specialties daily. I highly recommend visiting Pania Bakery.
Paulina, the house manager, was beyond fabulous as she made each day magical. Her humble and gracious personality is a delight to work with.
The housekeepers were kind and kept everything sparkling.
I also appreciated that the pool was serviced daily and the property was well-maintained.
Concierge services provided extra special activities that included private luxury transportation services, live music, a fire dancer, a private tour, private spa treatments, private yoga class, private yacht adventures, DJ at the pool, glam squad services, decorations, fresh flower arrangements and fireworks. All the activities made our stay extra special.
Charlotte, our travel agent takes customer service to another level by providing outstanding detailed services to ensure everything was extraordinary and accurate.

I had the most epic week of my life celebrating my 50th birthday with my family and friends at this villa in July 2021! Not only is the villa spectacular and huge with an amazing ocean view, the staff was the best we could ask for! We loved Paulina, Joshua, Javier & Erika!
Javier is a gourmet chef who uses gorgeous presentation and he made all of our requests possible, including us asking for sushi and feeding a vegan at every meal. We even had a churro cooking lesson in the kitchen! They went out of their way to make sure everything we needed was taken care of every single day….Paulina is a superstar who pays attention to every detail! I will definitely come back to stay at Casa Karma! It was such a magical experience for me!

Casa Karma is a gorgeous property that sits at the edge of the ocean. It’s beautifully situated and decorated. I hosted my 50th birthday party here. There is space to do everything you could possibly want to do: movie nights, yoga in the garden, parties, dinners. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The only thing that is better than the property is the staff. Paulina, in particular goes out of her way to make sure that your every need is taken care of. My computer crashed while there and she took it to the Apple store for me.

Casa Karma has such a special place in my heart, let alone the powerful energy of Puerto Vallarta and being right off the ocean. I recently hosted a retreat at Casa Karma, 4 nights, 5 days with 8 guests and from pre-retreat planning, communicating with the owner, and manager Erika was phenomenal. I was able to meet with Erika and Paulina days ahead to go over our weekend itinerary, and the menu that the private chef Javier prepared. The energy of the staff, the hospitality, the willingness to make sure that everything was perfect for us was spot on! Our guests arrived with awe! Many even stated during daily cleaning of the rooms their dirty laundry was cleaned without having to ask, and folded. (they loved that) from the beginning guests were greeted with drinks, amazed by their private suites, and the ambiance of the villa!
Beyond Casa Karma and its amazing space, it is the people that keep it running and giving it life within the walls. Our guests didn’t have to worry or stress for anything, and was so alert to whatever needs my guests or I needed. (which wasn’t many). Thank you to the staff for being a part of my guest experience. For many it was their first time experiencing “leisure luxury” and it made my job so easy that everything flowed. Thank you Joshua, Paulina, Erika, Roberto, Javier, and cleaning staff; forever grateful for your work!

My husband and I had the opportunity to celebrate our wedding with family and friends at Casa Karma. We rented the entire villa (8 rooms) for our friends and combined a vacation at the villa with an actual wedding celebration in the event space. We had an absolutely amazing time. The villa is fantastic and has ocean views from almost every room. The pool and bar area were a great hangout space for our friends. The staff at the villa were outstanding.
Erika–the villa manager–was very easy to work with and was always attentive to our needs. We loved Joshua and Paulina–both wend above and beyond to make sure we had the food and drinks we were looking for. The cucumber and spicy passionfruit margaritas were excellent. Javier–the chef–made a number of really great dinners for us. The food and presentation were outstanding.
We hosted 80 guests at the event space and it was a magical event–right by the ocean–including catered dinner, drinks and of course, dancing. Finally, Georgia–the villa owner–was extremely accommodating. We were forced to delay our event by a year due to Covid and she went above and beyond to be flexible. All in all, I would highly recommend a stay at Casa Karma.
