Holidays
8 suites – $3600 (Christmas week)
8 suites – $4450 (New Years week)
Rental Policies
Deposits & Cancellations
- AT BOOKING: 50% deposit.
- 60 DAYS before arrival: 50% final balance due + security deposit.
- All rates plus 16% Value Added Tax (IVA) + 3% Occupancy Tax.
- No refunds on deposits, but generous postponement policies based on future availability.
Minimum Nights for Rentals
- Low Season – 3 nights minimum
- High Season – 4 nights minimum
- Holiday season – 6 nights minimum
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1000 USD is required with the balance due payment. This fee is refundable once the property is inspected following departure.
Tipping Policy
Everyone at Casa Karma is family, so everyone needs to be included in the tips, and it’s done individually because culturally that’s a gracious way to do it. So we will give you envelopes at the end of your stay, and we will be grateful if you would hand them out to each individual. Please don’t give them all to one individual; that makes them very uncomfortable. The suggested overall amount is 15%, distributed according to your experience with the staff.
