While deposits are non-refundable, Casa Karma offers a gracious postponement policy. Should your plans change, we will work with you to apply your deposit toward future availability.

Our staff is the heart of the Casa Karma experience. At the conclusion of your stay, we provide individual envelopes for those guests wishing to show their appreciation.
A suggested overall gratuity of 15% is standard, distributed individually to reflect your personal experience with our team.
