Casa Karma is reserved exclusively for full-property stays. When booked, the entire villa and its adjacent terraces are yours, ensuring privacy throughout your time on the estate.

The villa accommodates up to 18 overnight guests and includes flexible indoor and outdoor spaces designed for gathering, dining, and relaxation. Open, airy common areas flow naturally to terraces overlooking the bay, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor experience.

Located at the southern edge of Conchas Chinas Beach, Casa Karma offers the seclusion of a coastal retreat with convenient access to the dining, art, and culture of Puerto Vallarta.

Situated at the southern end of Conchas Chinas, Casa Karma overlooks Bahía de Banderas and benefits from natural rock formations that create privacy along the shoreline.

Guests may walk along the beach to El Centro in approximately 20 minutes or reach town by taxi in just five. The setting allows for immersion in the city while returning to a quiet, private estate.

The Labyrinth

Oceanfront Space with Panoramic Views

At the heart of Casa Karma’s event spaces is a labyrinth modeled after the Chartres Cathedral labyrinth in France. Created as a place of grounding, ceremony, and connection, it supports weddings, retreats, and community gatherings.

The labyrinth is one of only fourteen registered in Mexico with The Labyrinth Society and stands as a symbol of intention and stewardship.

Curated Art Collection

Original Works Create a Sense of Conntinuity

Art is woven into the architecture and atmosphere of Casa Karma. The villa features a permanent collection of fine art and furnishings sourced through the owners’ travels and long-standing relationships with respected artists. Original works throughout the property create a strong sense of continuity and place.

Casa Karma is home to one of the largest private collections of work by Native American artist Marta Gilbert, including Karma, her first bronze sculpture, displayed in the upper lobby. The villa also showcases extensive mosaic installations by Anado McLauchlin, including mandalas in each guest suite, a mosaic cupola above the main staircase, and signature dragonfly mosaics throughout the terraces.

A bronze bust by internationally recognized sculptor Elizabeth MacQueen honors the memory of the owner’s late husband and reflects the villa’s long-standing connection to the global art community.

8 Suites: 7 King Suites and 1 Double Queen Suite. All include ensuite baths, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. Seven feature oceanview balconies; one includes a private office.

Full staff included: Private chef, waiter/bartender, and daily housekeeping. Concierge services available. Groceries (purchased by the chef at cost) and staff gratuities (10–20%) not included.
