Casa Karma commands a privileged location at the southern end of Conchas Chinas Beach
The villa and the event terraces nestle around a small semi-private beach, and visitors are lulled with the constant wave action on the rocks below. Spectacular Vallarta sunsets are worth waiting for, with a natural fireworks show just about every evening!

Casa Karma's Story
The original villa was built in 2001 as a six-bedroom rental property. From the street, you only saw a skylight. The current owners bought the property in 2006, upgraded it significantly, and it was a private villa until 2013.
In 2013, they fortuitously bought the adjoining property and added on the expansive bar and the three event terraces, the lobby, the bridge, and the top-level, two-story penthouse. In 2015 the property experienced a brief stint as a boutique resort and was consistently rated among the highest in Puerto Vallarta on TripAdvisor.
In 2018, Casa Karma returned to its former glory and became a private luxury villa, now with its expansive event space. In 2018-2019 the villa was voted Most Romantic Getaway in Puerto Vallarta in the Vallarta Tribune.
The Owners -- Georgia & Gholi
Gholi is a member of the Ghashghai Turkish tribe. Georgia grew up in a small town in Iowa. They met and fell in love in the 1960s at Texas Christian University, where she was a ballet major.
Clearly up for adventure, the couple wandered the globe during many years. They traveled to Puerto Vallarta in the 1970s and immediately fell under its tropical spell. They vowed to come back, and so they did!
Georgia and Gholi now live here permanently and are active in the local expatriate community, passionately supporting the arts and the local community (especially the nonprofit organizations and charities).
Drawing from the nomadic culture where hospitality is inbred, the couple feel that when you have something beautiful like Casa Karma, it must be shared!
